My stay was such great here. The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, just next door to the old town, the train station. Very central location was a plus.
Some people working there were terrible.

The stay was absolutely such wonderful. The room was spotless and new-fashioned, with a safe, TV set and a refrigerator. The staff was attentive, efficient, and responded promptly to requests. Its location was very central, minutes from Kleines Theater. Gardens and a river were short walk from the hotel.

I loved this hotel, it's fairly clean and fancy. The staff was willing to help, many of them were extremely accommodating people. Delightful breakfast to start the day, well presented food.

Functional hotel, my first choice in Salzburg. Flexible staff, phenomenal location, absolutely fabulous and gorgeous rooms. Awesome view, a little balcony, cozy bed, too. Practical location with a train station near the venue.

We had 2 nights in Salzburg, spend our time here very nicely. Flat-screen television, a sitting area and a writing table available in the standard queen room. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.
